Wunderhorse plays a very special show at the iconic Cavern Club in support of his debut album ‘Cub’ out 7th October

He plays the role of Sex Pistols’ Paul Cook in Danny Boyle’s Pistol, and was the frontman of now-disbanded punk outfit The Dead Pretties. But Jacob Slater sounds decidedly softer on his new musical venture, ‘Wunderhorse’.
The project brings a restrained, reflective edge to Slater’s work, inspired by classic singer-songwriters such as Neil Young and Joni Mitchell. He’s been lighting up stages all year, supporting acts such as IDLES, FOALS, Fontaines DC and Sam Fender.
